Rebecca has since cross-qualified as a Solicitor and became a Partner in 2023. Rebecca now deals predominantly in family law and runs the Family Department. Rebecca obtained a Masters level qualification while at the same time achieving a Qualifying Law Degree and completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Northumbria University. She completed her training by qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Civil Litigation and Family law and cross-qualified as a Solicitor later in her career.

Rebecca at Sweeney Miller Law has been a pleasure to deal with in what has been a very traumatic time for me going through a divorce. She is on the ball, she kept me up-to-date every step of the way. Divorce and Financial Settlement
Really great service. Supportive with good communication and updates throughout the process and very easily contactable. Very efficient and delt with matters quickly. The whole case has only taken a few months complete.

Excellent service
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rebecca for anyone who needs support with family matters. There has been no issue too big or too small, she has been understanding and fair throughout the time I have needed support and advice. While not a service I wanted to use, she was professional and helped navigate throughout my separation and subsequent child agreements.
