Highly recommended
My first problem tenant as a landlord of 10 years and tried to resolve the matter myself initially to try and save money but without success. Jade Kennedy provided all the friendly & professional advice needed through the Section 8 minefield of paperwork in a very timely & professional manner. Response rate has always been a bug bear of mine from previous solicitor experiences but Jade provided very quick responses to all queries and my case sailed through the court process. Thanks again to Jade and would definitely recommend for anyone needing this specialist service.
