First class service.
From the initial contact right up to conclusion, Ramsha provide a first class service.
Very quick to take instructions and very quick to reply to my numerous queries in a friendly, clear and efficient way. Throughout, she provided excellent advice, for which I am very grateful.
I do not take such excellent service for granted - particularly since Covid, its certainly not the norm.
Absolutely recommended.

Mixed Use Purchase
Recently changed solicitors due to poor performance. The fees were a little higher than my previous solicitors, however, proceeded on the mind set 'you get what you pay for'. I have bought and sold a lot of properties over the years and this purchase has been the easiest and most enjoyable so far. Ramsha's responses have been quick and concise. The most positive part has been the pro-active update's, anyone who buys and sells property knows how frustrating it is have to continuously chase your solicitor for an update, so it was refreshing not having to do this on this purchase.

Ramsha was very thorough in her guidance, advising my brother and I towords a successful conclusion in our matter.
We have been working with Sweeney Miller continuously now since early 2023. The conveyancing and support has been to a high level and during situations where it has been neccessary, has been proactive and gone above and beyond. They would always be our first choice.
