I used Stephens Wilmot to purchase my home. They were very professional throughout and were available to take my calls if needed.
I lived approximately 200 miles away and all paperwork was carried out be email.
Efficieny stood out for me alongside the price. Go direct to the firm instead of using a third party as the price for your conveyancing will be less.
Again I recommend this company and have passed their details on to friends. Go on. Use this firm and save money with no reduction in quality. Lindsey looked after why affairs and the process was the smoothest I have ever had. Ask for Lindsey and you will have a smooth process with little or no fuss. A+++++

Too many times not being given all the relevant paperwork, had to chase them up too often and they over paid on a payment to my road membership.
I had to chase up on the day of exchange and only once I'd done that did they tell me it had all gone through.
In the future I will use a local company with more experienced staff.

A very reluctant convincing assistant to communicate with customer and other professionals

They were very professional in all the process, keeping on top during the process to ensue the contracts are exchanged within the time line, Francesca was always on top. Satisfied overall, there is although slight improvement required when it comes to communication, which is bit delayed.
