I was a little reluctant at first as these were recommended from a comparison site! However I called them straight away and to be fair they have been very good. Ann-Maria and Sarah have moved it all along very quickly and have always been helpful. Yes they don’t always get back straight away but within a couple of days I have always had responses . And it has gone through without a clinch in 7 weeks. Would defo recommend Ann-Maria and Sarah brilliant professional and caring

Great communication
I initially engaged Stephens Wilmot to handle my property transaction, and they were always friendly and professional throughout the process. Unfortunately, after progressing quite far, they realised they couldn’t represent me due to issues with the mortgage lender I was using. While they promptly informed me and were very apologetic, I feel this should have been identified at the start when I provided all the necessary paperwork, including details of my mortgage provider.
This oversight led to some inconvenience, as I had to find another solicitor to take over without being charged for the searches that had already been conducted. Despite this, I appreciated their communication and the way they handled the situation once the error was realised. It’s a shame they couldn’t represent me fully, as they seemed very helpful otherwise.
