Amazing service, professional, friendly and super quick
Absolutely amazing service from both Rachels at Stephens Wilmot Solicitors. We're in the process of selling three houses and purchasing one and they couldn't have made the process any easier for us. First Class Service!
Rachel completed the conveyancing for our house sale efficiently and professionally.
We wanted to arrange completion for a later date than normal and this was acted upon.
Rachel kept us up to date with enquires from the other side, advised us accordingly keep us fully informed along the way.
The fees were very competitive too.
Perfect transaction, thank you Rachel!

Would recomment
Stephens Wilmot Ltd was recommended by our agent as we do not have a solicitor prior to purchasing a house. They were very helpful and made us fully aware of the process and what needs paying attention to as we are first time buyers and do not know much about purchasing a property. Fees were payable on completion which gave us peace of mind. We're just glad and grateful for their help especially Rachel Coles. Would recommend them.

Excellent service advice and customer relation and support
We had the pleasure of working with Rachel Coles for our recent first time buyer home purchase. Rachel was always easy to liase with, informative and professional at every contact. Nothing was ever too much to ask of and especially being first time buyers and new to all this - Rachel was very patient and professional with us. Stephens Wilmot handled our case very productively and we felt safe with them at every stage. They are a wonderful firm and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
