I moved into private practice in 2014, specialising in Wills, Probate, Estate Management and Lasting Power of Attorney. I joined Stephens Wilmot in its very early days to develop the Wills & Probate department. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren and my two recently born great granddaughters. For relaxation I enjoy a quiet game of darts at my local social club.

Will Renewal
I had used Stephens Wilmot Solicitors previously to assist with the legal process in the purchase of my garage. Which was carried out with such ease and under excellent supervision, and not forgetting their extremely competitive fees! That it was an obvious choice for me to give them the business when it came to the renewal of my Last Will & Testament.
Their friendly yet professional approach took out the stress of the process. And the help which I received in making all the legal jargon and technicalities fully
understandable was excellent. And I must say a big thank you to Simon who was able to assist with any questions that I had any concerns about? Overall it was as in my previous experience, extremely stressless and very helpful.

Excellent service

Fantastic service right from booking our first appointment to signing our documents at the latter stage of our second and final visit excellently orchestrated throughout by Sheikh Rahman who answered every question we had with great knowledge and understanding of our situation and explained things in such a manner that made it easy for us to understand.
