I joined Stephens Wilmot in its very early days to develop the Wills & Probate department. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren and my two recently born great granddaughters. For relaxation I enjoy a quiet game of darts at my local social club.

Grant of Probate application
It was a pleasure dealing with Simon. He was very professional and had an excellent knowledge of the subject.

Swift Last Will and Testimony
I required a Will of which I saw this local firm advertising them at a reasonable rate. I enquired and was sent a questionnaire within a day, upon completion of the questionnaire to a draft Will was a matter of days. I was impressed with the quality and speed given to meet my needs.

Writing of Will.
Excellent correspondence throughout this procedure and everything ready for signing on the dedicated day and time.
The only thing wrong was when I arrived there was nothing to tell me what floor I had to go to, phoned them and was then told where to go.

Will writing made easy
After contacting Stephen Wilmot Solicitors and being directed to Mr Simon Adshead of the Company, my husband and I have now made our Wills. Expecting this would be a complicated affair, involving several visits to their offices etc, we were pleasantly surprised to find it quite a painless and relatively quick procedure. It only took a few phone calls and e-mails between Mr Adshead and ourselves before we were called into his office to sign the completed documents. We found Mr Adshead to be extremely efficient, able to explain any queries we had regarding the Wills and putting us at ease throughout the whole business. We would thoroughly recommend this company and especially Mr Adshead.

New will
My existing will was 30 years old and very out of date. I’d put off getting it rewritten but it was all handled very smoothly by the solicitor and all my questions were answered with a few emails and a scheduled phone call
