We completely our house purchase recently and used Stephens solicitors. We found Theresa and Tracy quite helpful from day one. They were quite thorough, approachable all the time and kept us in loop all the time. Communication was quite good and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Extremely impressed
We were very impressed by the way both Cheryl Head and her assistant Tracy Blanchard dealt with the sale of our property. It wasn’t straightforward but we could always get through to them, communication was excellent and friendly, they were very professional, capable and efficient. We have absolutely no negatives and would highly recommend them to others. Many thanks to them both.

Conveyancing
when ever I phoned, there was always one of the people dealing with the case I could speak to.
They also were very helpful , late on a Friday, when the sale proceeds seemed to have disappeared between two banks!

First house purchase
