Moving Home.
I decided to use Fix My Legals who put me in touch with Stephens Wilmot LTD, I was then assigned Cheryl Head and her team to facilitate my sale/buy of my house. From start to finish of the process of selling and buying a home only took 3 months, I was updated regularly as progress was made and always had a response to any questions/queries I raised within timely manner.
I would highly recommend using Stephens Wilmot LTD and I would like to Thank both Cheryl Head and Tracy Blanchard for the service and support they have me throughout my home move.

Amazing experience
Both Cheryl and Tracy were wonderful throughout the house buying process. They were incredibly patient (with many of my questions), professional in all of our interactions, and efficient and persistent where needed to get things over the line. We are really grateful.

Perfect service
I have only positive things to say about our recent experience with Stephens Wilmot Solicitors, whom we used for our house sale and further purchase which completed in Jan ‘25
.
Cheryl Head, Tracy Blanchard and Kathryn Jones dealt with our case. All 3 gave excellent polite customer service both over the phone and via email. One of them was always available to speak to, and were able to provide clear accurate updates throughout. Very clear communication throughout the entire process. The whole service felt very efficient and the team definitely seemed very ‘on it’.
Honestly a perfect service and would definitely use this firm again.

Helped when no-one else would!
Great service and agreed to help me when other places wouldn’t (citing that shared ownership was too complicated). The sale took a while to complete but that wasn’t SWs fault.

Buying and selling of house
First class service from everyone at Stephen Wilmot solicitors. We were referred by a family member who was using them for their house move. Cheryl and Tracy who handled both the selling and buying of our house were brilliant. Kept us posted on everything that was going on and any paperwork that was needed. Completed on the date we had also noted as a potential date. In the event we do look to move again will 100% use them again. Thank you!

Very patient, nice and easy to talk to solicitors at a reasonable pric
I had a good experience. Cheryl Head supported by Tracey Blanchard were great. Kathryn also helped when Cheryl was unavailable - I liked that there was still continuity. The work was done to a high standard, information was given clearly and I was supported through all the steps. Cheryl was chasing along the way too which was really reassuring.

Conveyancing

Extremely impressed
We were very impressed by the way both Cheryl Head and her assistant Tracy Blanchard dealt with the sale of our property. It wasn’t straightforward but we could always get through to them, communication was excellent and friendly, they were very professional, capable and efficient. We have absolutely no negatives and would highly recommend them to others. Many thanks to them both.

Conveyancing
when ever I phoned, there was always one of the people dealing with the case I could speak to.
They also were very helpful , late on a Friday, when the sale proceeds seemed to have disappeared between two banks!
