We were recommended Emma Selfridge by our estate agent, and we are so glad we worked with her for our purchase. We found her extrememly professional, responsive and pro-active despite some complicated issues with our bridging loan.
She made a stressful process as smooth as it could have been. We felt at ease with Emma. She was warm and genuinely cared about us and our situation. We could discuss anything with her. She made sure we understood the whole processs and she was just brilliant at her job.
We would not hesitate to recommend her and her wonderful assistant Elise, and will certainly use them again.

Emma Selfridge has recently helped us with a very complicated case involving the purchase of the freehold of a property. Emma was brilliant at communicating with all parties to ensure that the case made progress. Emma even stepped in to the leaseholder who was acting on behalf of himself and struggling with the paperwork which was causing a delay. This case wouldn't have completed without Emma's support.

Excellent service from Emma Selfridge and Elise
Emma was outstanding during the sale and purchase process. She drove the transaction forward with Elise’s support, and Emma was instrumental in getting our transaction completed within eights weeks. I couldn’t recommend Emma and Elise more.

Completion and Exchange of our buy to let property

Great service and communication
Really efficient, always quick to respond to any queries, and kept me informed at every stage of the process. Their communication was great, ensuring I never felt out of the loop and always knew what was happening. One minor thing I found a bit inconvenient was having to send hard copies via post, but I understand it’s necessary for their processes. It’s more of a personal preference, and it doesn't take away from the excellent service they provided.
