I would highly recommend this company.
I have recently sold a property, with Charly as the conveyencer, and also purchased a property with Aimee doing the conveyencing.
It has been a pleasure working with both, nothing has been too much trouble, I have been regularly updated, any queries I had wete dealt with within hours.As a visually impaired person both Charly and Aimee understood my problems with email, and any emails they sen in pdf format were also backed up with paper copies so that I would be able to see them.
People say moving home is stressful, however, thanks to these two ladies in particular I.have found the procesd relatively pain and stress free.
If you are looking for a company to do conveyencing on your home move LOOK NO FURTHER..... you've found the right place in Stephens wilmot ....and ..... although i am positive the whole team is brilliant ..... if you get charly and Aimee you are onto a winner

Had a excellant experience with Charlie she kept me up to date with how things were going even though the buyers solicitors had niggles that needed sorting out .

Conveyancing
Moving can be very stressful, everything went very smoothly. Communication was key and I was kept updated all the way through with everything being explained fully by either Joanne or Charly via email and telephone conversations. Definitely made my move a lot easier. Thank you.
