First Class service, Safe pair of hands
We recently completed for our new home after some nerve wracking and ups and downs. But we are glad that Lindsey was acting as our conveyancer. We found Lindsey to be very clear in all communications with good attention to details. We always been advised about various legal matters and facts in plain English. Our house purchase also involved a remortgage and Lindsey not only engaged but worked well with remortgage conveyancer. There has been a few revisions in purchase price and mortgage offers, but Lindsey handled all those very swiftly and timely manner. And on the completion day she worked very hard and made sure that we do complete on time. Thank you Lindsey for being our savior for last 4 months and wish he all the best in career. We highly recommend Lindsey for any property transactions and will be our first choice in future property transactions. Well done and Thank you Lindsey !!

House sale and purchase
Not impressed. To start with contact details were incorrectly input to your system resulting in an email being sent to the wrong address. Phone number had to be notified to you despite being shown on the initial forms submitted to you. The conveyancer was very slow and seemed to forget to send us the purchase contract causing delays. Then tried to charge Welsh rates of SDLT on a purchase in England.

Highly Recommend
Lindsey was great from start to finish. She came highly recommended by a friend and she did not disappoint. Lindsey was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. As first time buyers, we were slightly apprehensive but Lindsey explained everything every step of the way and worked endlessly for our best interests. She even called while on annual leave to inform us of our completion. Thank you Lindsey and we look forward to working with you again in the future.

Great experience as a first-time-buyer
As a first time buyer I did not have great knowledge in the whole process but, Lindsey has been very supportive and patient throughout the process. She was easy to get hold of most the time to answer any questions I had. Although, she was on annual leave for couple of days before my completion date but, Lindsey made sure everything was completed on time. I really appreciated the professionalism Lindsey had shown throughout the process. Thank you.

Conveyancing services
A very trying and stressful experience due to a leasehold property being sold. Lindsey had to navigate and work with both management company and landlord who didn't share the same urgency as my buyer and myself. However, this did not deter Lindsey who did all she could to achieve the required completion date. Well done.
