Slow and unresponsive
We had a simple house conveyance with no chain and no complications, yet it still took around 16 weeks to complete. Everything felt like a transaction with no care or consideration for any specifics of what we wanted, just a process, but one done at exceptionally slow speed. Would not use again and would not recommend.

Purchase of the house
