It would have been quicker for me to go to university, qualify as a solicitor and do the remortgage myself.
Went through a third party mortgage broker who instructed I use R&R to complete the remortgage. They’ve have my case for over 2 months, in that time I’ve had one email from them which is after I and my broker chased them up. That email was from a ‘boss’ who advised it would be progressed asap. Well no surprise, 3 weeks later and still no update or contact.

I have had many of the Russell and Russel solicitors over the years and just recently I got charged with a section 18 which was from only yesterday 13/2/22.
I've had Ian robbinson also he has always been great the full team have so thanks Russell and Russell

The receptionist was lovely and helpful. They were very patient with us as we arrived at closing time as I had come from Leicester on a train, with the journey taking forever due to cancelled trains, and delays, then no tram working. They did exactly what we were asking for and more. Excellent.
