I want to thank the whole team for honestly helping me to win the case of my children not being taken away from me by the local authorities! They really helped and aligned me so that everything can go well which it did!

It would have been quicker for me to go to university, qualify as a solicitor and do the remortgage myself.
Went through a third party mortgage broker who instructed I use R&R to complete the remortgage. They’ve have my case for over 2 months, in that time I’ve had one email from them which is after I and my broker chased them up. That email was from a ‘boss’ who advised it would be progressed asap. Well no surprise, 3 weeks later and still no update or contact.

We gave Louise a short a deadline to work when buying a repossession and selling our previous home. Other conveyancers had declined to assist, stating that our request was unrealistic. Louise, setting our expectations from the start, did everything within her power to meet that deadline.
Louise made it all happen seamlessly and easily. Both transactions flew through and her communication was second to none. We didn't have to chase, we knew exactly where everything was up to. Efficiency and communication were wonderful throughout.
Completion day was a breeze, both transactions were completed by 11.30, which was a welcome and pleasant surprise.
We would use Louise again and again for any sales or purchases, and we would highly recommend her to anyone needing conveyancing services. She took away all of the stress of buying and selling.

The receptionist was lovely and helpful. They were very patient with us as we arrived at closing time as I had come from Leicester on a train, with the journey taking forever due to cancelled trains, and delays, then no tram working. They did exactly what we were asking for and more. Excellent.
