I want to thank the whole team for honestly helping me to win the case of my children not being taken away from me by the local authorities! They really helped and aligned me so that everything can go well which it did!

It would have been quicker for me to go to university, qualify as a solicitor and do the remortgage myself.
Went through a third party mortgage broker who instructed I use R&R to complete the remortgage. They’ve have my case for over 2 months, in that time I’ve had one email from them which is after I and my broker chased them up. That email was from a ‘boss’ who advised it would be progressed asap. Well no surprise, 3 weeks later and still no update or contact.

The receptionist was lovely and helpful. They were very patient with us as we arrived at closing time as I had come from Leicester on a train, with the journey taking forever due to cancelled trains, and delays, then no tram working. They did exactly what we were asking for and more. Excellent.
