Eileen, Karen and team were fantastic. Buying your first London property is daunting but Eileen was incredibly helpful and was by our side throughout the whole process. Fantastic service from all at Russell and Russell, the second time we have used their services. They were so professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They made the process so smooth and easy. We were informed about progress and the next steps and kept constantly informed. Emails were answered immediately and answers to questions we asked found out straight away. They took the stress out of buying a house and were so enthusiastic and genuinely please for us when we got our dream property.
