Exceptional from start to finish
Michala has been an absolute godsend for us as a family. We've had one heck of a ride trying to sell a shared ownership property. Michala has been through the highs and lows with us and has been nothing but professional and approachable. She is extremely knowledgeable about anything to do with conveyancing especially shared ownership. Michala kept us calm when the pressure really hit and reassured us that everything would be ok. We as a family will be forever gratful to Michala and all the hard work she put in to secure our first proper family home. She went above and beyound everystep of the way. Pleasingly Approachable
Such a joy to find a professional that is honest and trustworthy.
Importantly with a sense of humour, which can go a long way when stuck in a tedious estate agent loop, it is extremely helpful when a pragmatic approach is evident to all concerned.
The calming suggestions to take a breath, with maybe we should use these words?, provides an insight on how to remain sane and alleviate the stress’s when dealing with the defunct legal system we all have the misfortune however rarely, to adhere to., whether we like it or not!

Very Helpful

Very Supportive
