Great company to represent you, had many good results both in the magistrates and crown, Nick Ross is without doubt the most outstanding advocate with his colleague Mr Martin Rogers who does all the litigation at the crown. They are on the ball about late CPS applications and bad character, also excellent at doing work on POCA

Expert guidance through a tricky back and fourth

Engaged solicitor for a commercial remortgage with serval moving parts. The solicitor (A lady called Tammy), was outstanding with communication, keeping me informed each step of the way. We hit a stumbling block between some of the parties over documentation regarding current tenants and Tammy was outstanding offering suggestions and trying to find solutions. She even took it upon herself to reach out and call directly just to check in which, as well as being appreciated was above and beyond.

Successfully completed in a timely manor due to their efforts and would recommend to fellow landlords. Excellent.

I’ve had a bloody nightmare with buying my first ever property. Every possible outside force that could prevent the sale happening, happened. But throughout all of that, Russell & Russell have been there. They are friendly and proactive, very responsive and always kept me updated about progress. Zoe Harryman and her assistant Victoria were superstars (friendly and reassuring beyond words), and lots of people stepped in to help along the way - Jack, Catherine and Claire. Thank you to all involved helping make my nightmare home buying experience a lot less painful than it could have been. You’re all welcome to come over for welcome cocktails.

These clowns have lost me a purchase and a sale. They are totally and utterly useless they don’t act on the information given to them and just do whatever is the easiest option they was told from the off that they would need to do a deed of variation they ignored it and instead sent a indemnity policy which was never asked for and wasn’t needed.They eventually got the message that a DOV was needed and sent it off but guess what they didn’t do it correctly so the deed came back incomplete so again waiting on it being amended honestly they shouldn’t be allowed to practice a complete shambles! No matter what your estate agent says don’t use these and if your buying a house and seller is planning on using them walk away!

Abigail come to see me at swinton police station yesterday about a charge of criminal damage she was very professional and polite and listened to me very carefully and helped me with the charge to make sure I said what only needed to be said in interview although she is a trainee solicitor this person knows what is what and I got off with pre charge bail also she will be coming back in February so I highly recommend her services not only a credit to her employers but a massive credit to anybody she helps well done abigail.

5 months to sell an empty house with no chain. Failed to study deeds resulting in last minute request for death certificate of our late father who died years ago. Failed to pass on requests from buyer's solicitor. They even failed to release the funds on completion until we chased them up 6 days later. Failed on every level to do the most basic conveyancing causing us a great deal of unnecessary stress and anxiety during what was already a very difficult time for us. Nice, big, flash state of the art offices though. They should be embarrassed at the quality of service they sold us.
