Hit and run Car accident

I was involved in a hit and run car accident and was having to go through my insurance as an at fault claim because I did not have the other drivers details.I went to Russell and Russell saw Daniel DIckinson and had an in depth honest and open conversation with him about what happened and he was willing to fight in my corner for me by going through the M.I.B motor insurers bureau a
company that is responsible for unisured drivers and those scumbags who get away Daniel was a thourgly pleasant guy.I was really surprised that I was sent emails and messages almost weekly keeping me informed of any progress that was made and eventually I was paid out which was a huge relief I can not thank you guys enough

I think Daniel exceeds your expectations with unique qualities, perhaps rare to most solicitors beside being intelligent and respectful; i.e. I always received detailed updates and the right solutions, with no delay; transparent, detailed information & options all the times.
As I am also a legal translator I had the opportunity to approach many legal firms in Criminal Law throughout the UK then internationally; R&R solicitors were excellent so I selected it for my Personal Injury case. But my experience went beyond my expectations with Daniel.

I went to Russell & Russell for a personal injury solicitor, after a no-fault car crash (no-one badly injured but my car written off) and really unpleasant hectoring from my insurers' PI service. Daniel has been calm, positive and helpful throughout a long (11 months) process. He explained every stage of the complex Personal Injury system, either by email or phone call, and was always ready to answer my queries. Mainly, though, I was reassured by always feeling that Daniel was 100% 'in my corner'.

5 months to sell an empty house with no chain. Failed to study deeds resulting in last minute request for death certificate of our late father who died years ago. Failed to pass on requests from buyer's solicitor. They even failed to release the funds on completion until we chased them up 6 days later. Failed on every level to do the most basic conveyancing causing us a great deal of unnecessary stress and anxiety during what was already a very difficult time for us. Nice, big, flash state of the art offices though. They should be embarrassed at the quality of service they sold us.
