House conveyance
Having never sold a house before I entered into the experience with some trepidation. Karen and Diane helped me through the whole experience with regular updates and advice in a calm manner! The whole experience was completed in nine weeks thanks to their professionalism.

Simply the best!

Fantastic Team and Service!
Eileen, Karen and team were fantastic. Buying your first London property is daunting but Eileen was incredibly helpful and was by our side throughout the whole process. We felt well informed and any questions we had were answered quickly. They did everything they could to make the process seamless, and completing was a team effort!

Conveyancing service
We cannot thank Karen and her team for what has been a very challenging experience for them in providing a conveyancing service on our properties they have been extremely diligent, professional and supportive and have kept us constantly updated on progress. First House purchase
Myself and my partner were purchasing our first house and a family member recommended Russel and Russel as our solicitors. We are glad they did as they helped and guided us through the process keeping us up to date and were there for any questions we had. We would definitely use them again and recommend them. Poor communication
A frustrating experience in what should have been a straightforward Probate house sale. Frequently asked for documents that had already been provided, frequent repeat requests for the same information, unable to use Docusign which caused delays due to one of the executors living overseas.
Final funds were paid into the wrong account despite filling in the forms AND following up with emails to confirm the bank account in which the funds were to be paid into.
There needs to be better communication between Karen and Diane to prevent all the unnecessary confusion.
I will feed back to Matthews Estate Agents who recommended Russell&Russell.
