Louise was very helpful and efficient!
I've worked with Louise on a couple of property transactions now and she's brilliant. Very quick to reply to messages and provides very helpful and reassuring advice throughout the process, which can often be quite opaque!
I'd very happily recommend Louise and will certainly be using her services again when my wife and I come to buy a house.

Louise Simons
As a Landlord, I have used Russell&Russell Solicitors for a number of years for sales and purchases of properties including our own house moves. A previous colleague, Colin McWilliams and latterly Louise Simons have both been the most excellent solicitors to deal with in what is often a very stressful process.I found Russell&Russell via a conveyancing solicitor web-search. Not only were they very competitively priced but, conveniently, were based close to home. Louise, has a great backup up team and Louise or one of her colleagues kept me updated regularly. It is also very easy to speak directly with Louise about any matters of concern; she is very professional and courteous and acts quickly. I will continue to recommend Russell&Russell and thank Loise for another succesful transaction.

Lousie was brilliant!
I could not be more impressed with the service received from Louise and team at Russell & Russell. Communication was excellent right from the first phone call until the completion of the mortgage. At no point did I felt I needed to prompt them for action, it was all completed effectively and proactively and I was always kept in the loop. Louise really did make our self-build mortgage an absolute breeze. Thank you!

Professional Conveyancing Service
We instructed Russell & Russell with our house sale and purchase and are glad we did. Not only was the line of communication excellent (our fee earner Rachel was always available and happy to help us with our queries), but the support in trying to progress both sale and purchase was amazing.
While the sale didn't go through quite as quickly as we hoped it would, and while we became frustrated as a result of this, none of these frustrations were of Russell & Russell's making (our buyers left things to the very last minute when we and our sellers were ready to progress). We received lots of recommendations to go with them beforehand, and we don't regret instructing them one bit. Every member of staff we cane across were all extremely professional, we felt supported throughout and always felt like they were available to contact/communicate with, which was one of the main things we wanted from our solicitor going into the sale/purchase.
I couldn't recommend highly enough. Not that we thought they were expensive (we had more expensive quotes), but they were worth every penny.
