Having found ourselves requiring 2 Grants of Probate and the subsequent need of a Trust, Emily explained perfectly what would be required and why. Nick chaired an initial meeting reiterating Emily's first comments and then Emily promptly and efficiently took us through the whole procedure including assessing if indeed we had any tax liabilities when it was complete.
Emily is friendly and approachable whilst being professional and knowledgeable and I would happily recommend her and Glover Priest if you want a first class service.

Highly recommend

Stephen and his team helped us sell and buy properties. They were all very efficient and very helpful. We had to liaise with other solicitors when buying a property from family, and we were shocked with how poor their advice and work was in comparison to Stephen/Glovers Priest. we always came back to Stephen for clear advice - even on issues that were out of his remit. They would always come back to us within 24 hours - normally within a couple of hours. We would always use him and Glovers Priest in the future.

I got to know about GloverPriest Solicitors sometimes in October 2024 based on a friend's recommendation at a time when my initial solicitor wasn't forthcoming.

I contacted Stephen and his team, and they immediately swung into action. Not only did they have the conveyancing completed in 4 weeks, they also went overboard to make sure the intricate details were correctly completed.

Worthy of note is the swiftness with which they respond to communications as well as the open channel of communication.

Stephen was quite thorough and carefully represented my position during the whole process. He made the whole process easy and smooth.
