A potentially difficult sale made easy

Chloe and Jorden Whyley oversaw a potentially difficult sale of my fathorse house. Family members were co tenants of the property and acting as atourneys. Matters were complicated when my father sadly passed away during the sale. Despite this they progressed the sale without delay and provided timely, professional and accurate advice throughout. Thank you ladies.

Conveyancing for property purchase

GloverPriest and, particularly Chloe (and legal assistant Jordan) were very efficient and professional in the dealing with our property purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and the execution of the process was very smoothly executed and all steps explained to us clearly and effectively. We felt very reassured with how the matter was dealt with.

Prompt, helpful and easy!

I was recommended this firm and was originally apprehensive as the specific solicitor recommended was unavailable. However, Chloe and Jordan have been amazing! Everyone says moving house is the most stressful thing you can do, but Chloe and Jordan took all the stress out. They were prompt, didn’t need chasing, answered my questions and put my mind at rest and made our sale proceed at lightning speed! Can’t recommend enough.

Quick responses and Great support from Chloe and Jordan

I am very satisfied with the assistance I received from Chloe Hobbs during the sale of my property. Herself and legal assistant Jordan Whyley were incredibly professional, always quick to respond, and handled every challenge we encountered with efficiency and expertise. No matter what bumps arose along the way, they went out of their way to ensure everything was sorted smoothly, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier. I’m extremely grateful for their hard work and dedication, and I’m so glad I chose them. Highly recommend!

I dont know where to start regarding my experience with Pavneet from this firm. I believe God sends you the right people when you are in need. He sent me Pavneet. She took away all the stress, anguish, pain and heartache that I went through in my divorce case. Her advice and guidance were without a doubt in my mind the best for my children and myself. She didn't look at my case as a solicitor but as a family member. This I believe is what you need when going through a divorce, someone to see you as a person and not just another case. She was always on top of every aspect of my case and didn't let anything slip. A wonderful human being and a wonderful team around her. Thank you Pavneet.

I would certainly recommend GloverPriest. Chloe Hobbs and Jordan Whyley dealt with the conveyancing for our property purchase. They were prompt, professional and very efficient. Having them dealing with matters made us feel very reassured in the execution of the process.
Right from the initial contact and providing the quotation, everybody that we engaged with were highly efficient and very responsive to our needs. Fees were also very reasonable and the service overall was excellent.
Thank you!

This is my fifth house move and the first time I’d be willing to recommended Chloe and Jordan at Glover Priest.

They answer the phone when you call…..reply super quickly to emails….and never showed any signs of being annoyed with my constant questions.

Thank you both for all you have done to get me into my new house.
