Very speedy completion

Gemma and Cerys were really helpful with our sale and purchase. They were able to work to a very quick deadline and enable completion well within our time frame. We're delighted to be able to move so quickly and grateful to them for their hard work enabling it to happen.

POSITIVE: good telephone access with minimum waiting time for calls; always courteous and energetic response to enquiries and concerns; clear discussions and explanations.

Sometimes tricky on-line proformas for registering personal details and identities, especially installing photo IDs, and particularly some terms in this proforma.: this is partly due to slight language oddities: which suggest that the software is American.

Moved with ease…

Thanks so much to Charlotte at Glover Priest for all the communications back and forth. I find house buying and selling super stressful and she helped put my mind at ease with every email or phone call. Efficient and friendly, I would definitely use them again.

Through a long and tricky process Gemma and Cerys not only kept the long chain together but kept us informed at every step of the way. They shared options with us and guided us to sensible decisions regarding covenants and more. We were in trustworthy, professional hands at every step of the way.

Brilliant from start to finish

Given a list of solicitors by our broker, Glover Priest had the highest rating and were cheapest in price.

Always happy to help & answer any silly questions, provided us weekly updates as and when they came.

The process was long due to the sellers solicitors however Glover Priest always kept us reassured throughout and kept the pressure on the other side.

Would use again should we ever decide to move house

FTB good experience

Glovers priest were fantastic in helping us by our first home.

The quote for the services was clear and up front and having Leah (Conveyancer) on our side gave us so much confidence, with her being incredibly thorough.

Leah also knew the process so well that I didn't believe we would achieve our completion date, she made it happen.

Communication was brilliant too, it's nice to have the option of email and phone and leah would respond to both mediums, swiftly answering any problems. I would use both glovers priest and hopefully Leah in the future.

Both Solicitor Gemma Hales and legal assistant Cerys Joel, who was my regular contact, provided prompt, clear and relevant information whether I contacted the office in person or by telephone. Cerys was always available without delay. Both were courteous and approachable. I was kept up to date with every step of my conveyancing process.
I was aware of the expected costs on engaging with the contract, and had no surprises when the final invoice was paid.

We recently used Glover Priest's services for a house sale and purchase. They made the processes as stress free as possible. They were very communicative and pro-active and explained any queries we had in detail. We will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you to Kellie, Charlotte, Savannah and Shannon at GP :) - The Partridges.

To be honest, in the beginning of the process, I thought they are not good enough(this was my misunderstood) but after that I understood they are really very good in their job. Special thanks to madam Cerys who has catched important clause on current title deed and saved me from lots of potential issue in the future.

Having purchased my first property, I couldn't thank Anna and Leah enough in whole process! Being inexperienced, I found it very difficult and not knowing how things work. They managed to make the process simplified and easy to deal with. Will definitely use Glove Priest Solicitors again for the next one!
