First time buyers
Me and my partner have just completed the process of buying our first home with Chloe Trueman as our solicitor (Glover Priest Solicitors).
Throughout the whole process, we were kept in the loop as well as receiving any explanations that we asked for.
Overall this buying process was completed extremely efficiently and we would definitely recommend this solicitor.

Prompt professional service
My house purchase was dealt with by Chloe Truman and her assistant Sophie . I received an excellent service, it only took 9 weeks from viewing to exchanging contracts. Chloe and Sophie kept us informed and were quick to reply to any queries. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Glover Priest again and would highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Chloe Trueman is worth 5 stars !
reason for two stars for GloverPriest Solicitors is poor communication ! and the whole process took way to long .It wasnt until Chloe Trueman took over did things move fast and communication was perfect !
at the very beginning of this whole process i should have been given a complete list of everything i needed to provide .and not asked for towards the end ! i had a 3 week period where i sent emails asking for updates and i got no reply ! if im paying for a service its not my problem if your company has staff issues ! its very unprofessional to keep your customers in the dark about what is going on .

Great service from Chloe & Sophie
We instructed GloverPriest KH branch to act as our conveyancer for our house purchase. We were first time buyers buying a vacant no chain property. The process took just under 5 months which was longer than originally expected, but we did purchase the freehold simultaneously. We had three case handlers as our original solicitor and their replacement left the firm so Chloe and Sophie took over and they were great. I do believe if they dealt with our case from the start, it would have been a much simpler and short process as they both dealt with queries quickly. Thank you Chloe and Sophie.
