Charlotte, Savannah, Jake & Kellie were excellent handling our purchase in December, despite very incompetent solicitors at Simply Legal for our seller. They were always available to speak to us, provide updates and we always felt they were on our side and emotionally involved in wanting to get it over the line before Christmas for us. We also used Glover Priest in Wellingborough to sell our property which helped speed up the communication chain. Highly recommend and very reasonable and transparent fees. Thank you team!

This is how its done properly
My experience has been brilliant from start to finish. Jake has done everything required in a timely manner, very efficiently, and Jake was contactable at every stage. No missed phone calls, emails were responded to very quickly. Nothing was missed, and nothing had to be provided more than once. There were problems with our move, and Jake kept us in the loop at all times, chasing at all stages to get our move across the line.
I could not have asked for more at any stage. I was very happy with my experience in what can be a very stressful thing to do

Best solicitors experience I’ve ever had.
This was quite a straight forward house sale so to be honest the contact was minimal but it was all quick, easy and no fuss. I’d highly recommend as my past experience of solicitors has been excruciating.

Highly recommended service
Jake Underwood was been very reassuring, and prompt with helping me buy my first home. Any issues I have had he has been very informative, reassuring and always available to help. I could not fault the service I've had from Jake, very professional and friendly! I am very happy I was recommended this solicitors, and ended up with Jake as I could not have hoped for a better person to have helped me especially given a few issues I had with the sellers.

Conveyancing

As first time buyers, me and my partner were completely in the dark about pretty much everything involved in the house-buying process. Our conveyancer, Jake, broke down every piece of information we asked for. Even up to the point of answering very long emails with straight to the point answers, in layman's terms, that broke questions down bit my bit. Jake was happy to receive calls or emails whenever required and every time I spoke to him, I felt confident that I understood what was going on and he made me feel very involved in the whole process. Just want to reiterate my thanks to Jake and GloverPriest, and if we were to move again, GP and Jake are the people we are going to.
