Brilliant

We instructed the Great Barr branch of GloverPriest in connection with the purchase of our first home. We are thoroughly impressed with the service we received. Sally, Ellie and Amina were proactive, answered queries within a timely manner and prepared succinct, easy to understand reports about the property. The fees were very reasonable and much lower than other firms I approached for a quote. We would highly recommend.

Amazing service Everytime

Sally has dealt with several ( 7 and still counting) sales and purchases for me over the last couple of years. Every single one has been dealt with professionally. She has kept me updated every step of the way ( the most important thing to me) No question I have asked is “daft” and every thing has been explained.
Sally and her team , especially Ellie are an absolute delight to work with and exactly how Solicitors should work .
Totally recommend

Excellent

We instructed the Great Barr branch of Glover Priest in relation to the purchase of our first home. We predominately dealt with Sally Howes but also had dealings with Ellie Howes and Amina Akhtar. We were thoroughly impressed with the level of service and client care that each of them displayed. They were extremely prompt in replying to emails and their reports are clear and concise. I would highly recommend their conveyancing services.

Great team!

We recently asked Glover Priest to act for us in the sale of our Birmingham property. Sally, Ellie, and Amina guided us through the process with unfailing professionalism and were most responsive in resolving the one or two small issues that arose. I wouldn’t hesitate in asking them to act for us again and can recommend their services for anyone looking for a conveyancing service in the Birmingham region - and beyond!

We sold and purchased a new house with Rhys, Rayhan and the team at glover priest and we couldn’t recommend them enough. Kept in the loop at all times via email or phone calls, always available to answer my calls or questions and just overall really informative. We were in a chain of people that all had issues with their solicitors and Rhys chased everyone up to get things sorted for us. They were a little more expensive than the other recommended solicitors by our estate agent but they were worth paying the extra for.

We recently sold a flat and purchased a shared ownership house and Rhys Moss of Glover Priest Great Barr was our conveyancing solicitor. The practice as a whole was fine but Rhys was exceptional, brilliant communication and very clear and helpful about each stage of what was a very lengthy and reasonably complex process. Many thanks!
