We fully appreciate your feedback with respect to the Government budget, unfortunately we find out what is in the budget at the same time as the rest of the country, we have no way of foreseeing any changes they may look to make around Stamp Duty and thus would be unable to advise of when to exchange or complete on a property.

Great service
Elizabeth, Nadine and Amanda were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The timescale was a lot less than we had expected and the team always responded swiftly with answers to any questions we had. A great, efficient service

First time buyer house purchase
It was my first time buying a house. The transaction was pretty smooth without any complications arising. Elizabeth also replied very quickly to messages and had very informative auto-replies when out of office. Her team were friendly and supportive on the whole. I would use their services again.

Exceptional service
Elizabeth has been extremely helpful throughout the transaction. She was very responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. Transfer of Equity
I only called to get a quote on transfer of equity and the approach and advice from Elizabeth Williams made me engage Glover Priest Solicitors to handle the process.
After submitting requested documentation, the process started and in less than a month it was all completed.
