House Sale/buy review

Conveyancing
Completed without fuss but was not warned to complete before the day of the budget rather than on the day, resulting in a £2,000 tax bill.

We fully appreciate your feedback with respect to the Government budget, unfortunately we find out what is in the budget at the same time as the rest of the country, we have no way of foreseeing any changes they may look to make around Stamp Duty and thus would be unable to advise of when to exchange or complete on a property.

Great service
Elizabeth, Nadine and Amanda were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The timescale was a lot less than we had expected and the team always responded swiftly with answers to any questions we had.
