Initial communications were very quick with responses to enquiries within 1-2 working days, however this slowed significantly with two changes of lawyers with no notice to me or the selling party which delayed matters significantly. Upon the final (third) allocation of lawyers to my case this rapidly sped up proceedings and I received top quality service which I would highly recommend, great value for money spent too.

House Purchase
Glover Priest have been brilliant from start to finish. Our case was not a straight forward one as we're the first in the country to have purchased a house through this particular scheme. We've been kept informed and received timely responses to our emails. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Buying my first home
From beginning to end Glover and Priest were fantastic, it was such an easy and fast process.

Anouska has been absolutely phenomenal in supporting and assisting us with our purchase of our first property. She has acted swiftly on all requests and queries, and has not hesitated to answer any questions we’ve had. Purchasing a house
After Glover Priest Solicitors had a few issues allocating a solicitor to our case, eventually Anouska took it and has been brilliant from the very beginning. Anouska and Gemma have been great with communication, both phone and email. It was made very clear what documents were sent over and which documents required our signatures. Anouska worked at a fast pace to process everything and keep us informed with every step.

Sale of Bungalow as part of an Estate

Excellent service all round
Glover Priest use an online and user friendly portal which streamlines the usual enquiry process which has proven to be very slick and I think has outshone other solicitor’s methods.
Separate to this online process we have had easy access to our friendly and efficient conveyancer Anouska King and her assistant Gemma Aldridge also supported by equally proficient colleagues when covering their annual leave or work patterns.
All in all I would not hesitate to use Glover Priest again and also recommend to family and friends.
