I dont know where to start regarding my experience with Pavneet from this firm. I believe God sends you the right people when you are in need. He sent me Pavneet. She took away all the stress,anguish, pain and heartache that I went through in my divorce case. Her advice and guidance were without a doubt in my mind the best for my children and myself. She didn't look at my case as a solicitor but as a family member. This I believe is what you need when going through a divorce, someone to see you as a person and not just another case. Child Arrangements
Pav and her team were very thorough and efficient in bringing my case to a satisfactory conclusion. Overall, the service was good, but it could’ve been better.
Pav demonstrated exceptional levels of friendliness, understanding, and professionalism throughout our interactions.
I was informed in her firm’s client letter that telephone conferences would come at a cost, I held the belief that such charges would primarily apply when she’s offering information, expertise or if action needs to be taken.
I was disappointed to receive an invoice with telephone charges that related to me simply informing Pav that no action needed to be taken. My intention was merely to keep her informed of the progress, as she had requested.
While I could have chosen to communicate via email, I opted for a phone call in an effort to save time, considering her understandably busy schedule and the occasional delay in her email responses.
In order to avoid similar misunderstandings, I believe it would be beneficial for her firm to explicitly state in their client letters that seemingly minor updates may incur substantial charges, as interpretations of ‘telephone conferences’ can vary among individuals.
I trust that this feedback will contribute to enhancing the clarity and transparency of future client communications.

Financial settlement
Cannot speak Highly enough of Pavneet Matharu and her team at Gloverall Priest. Always answering my questions and emails thou it took almost 2 years of tracking and tracing we got there in the end. Highly professional from start to finish the whole team are amazing thankyou all so much .

Divorce and Financial Settlement
Pav and her team have been working with my mother and I for the past four years, throughout the challenges of Covid, lockdown etc.
Despite the challenges that lockdown imposed, Pav was always supportive, contactable, enthusiastic and keen to succeed. Whenever issues arose, she appointed accomplished professionals such as a barrister, actuary, accountant and valuers on mums behalf and maintained constant communication and information between parties. This was especially important when the ‘opposition’ were clearly dragging their heals and avoiding deadlines.
All in all, mum and I were very happy with the level of service and more importantly, the final result.

Divorce and financial settlement
Pavneet supported me legally through a very difficult divorce.
From start to finish it took 43 months and Pavneet was with me all the way, a long side her busy working life with her other cases . She always returned my calls and answered emails promptly giving the highest standard of legal advice .
Pavneet isfriendly,approachable,understanding and you can be at ease with her . She even understood my witty jokes . I cannot recommend Pavneet and her team enough ,there are no words . I shall be eternally grateful for for all the support,understanding of difficult marriage and financial matters.
