Thorough, swift, professional throughout!
Jack didn’t leave a single stone unturned. He always had my best interests at heart and worked quickly and professionally when given the correct documentation.
He always explained the legal jargon and always gave a truthful interpretation of timescales.

Conveyancing
Instructed Glover Priest upon the conveyancing of my property. Communication was excellent throughout. There was an online portal to upload documents and track progress. Extremely efficient and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, I'm sorry to hear your transaction didn't go as you expected. On reviewing your file I can see that it took almost a month for us to gain authority from you with several unanswered calls and numerous emails. Searches were requested on the day we gained authority to act along with raising enquires to which the other side of your transaction gave poor responses which Jack had to challenge and raise additional enquires against. Towards the end of the transaction we were informed of alternative funding which did also require further time to complete due diligence further causing delays. Throughout your transaction several times a 3rd party tried to contact us on your behalf to which they were advised they had no authority to speak on your behalf.

Jack has been amazing at sorting everything out and found solutions for any problems especially during the last week, also Ann couldn’t have done any more to help us , thanks to both for being so professional and caring we will be forever grateful

First Time Home Owner
I am happy and confident that the work that was done is thorough and correct. I feel Jack could have been quicker and more regular with his communication as I had to request updates rather than receiving them as each stage was complete. I also found that when I asked to explain things into lamen terms for someone who is new to the terminology and experience Jack was unable to do this clearly.

We are always looking at ways we can improve how we communicate, Jack has noted many occasions where contact was made with you with one time being in excess of 40 minutes. Jack did have a short and unforeseen sickness resulting in a couple of days absence, this could have slightly interrupted Jack's ability to maintain contact with you.
