Omar is the Head of our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team and advises individuals and business leaders on the best strategies to deploy in high-stakes legal situations. With years of experience navigating high value, reputationally significant matters and complex claims, Omar is regularly instructed in Property and Boundary Disputes, Contentious Probate (Will and Estate challenges), Landlord and Tenant (residential and commercial), Contracts and shareholding disputes, Mediation and Arbitration, Employment matters and Court of Protection cases. Omar is heralded for providing clear and straightforward advice which facilitates informed decision-making. Omar was with an international law firm prior to joining and holds a Commercial Law Masters degree from the University of Birmingham.
