From start to finish we were kept informed, the process was very speedy and efficient which was excellent as our buyers had a target date in mind from the beginning which thanks to Andrew and team we were able to meet. We had a couple of tricky questions from the buyer's solicitors and we received excellent advice and guidance. Having bought and sold 4 properties over the years, this was by far the best and most efficient service and the best communication we have encountered to date and we would highly recommend Thackray Williams and Andrew Ringham in particular.

Thackary Williams are costly but you get what you pay for which is professionism and courtesy. Stuart Ruff and his team were consistently on point with their advice and actions. I would recommend them to anyone involved in imbittered divorces with unreasonable parties.

Despite coming onto the case mid transaction, she quickly got acquainted with the details of the case. Once she joined, I felt the transaction moved quicker and smoother.
