Amazing team at Thackray Williams
I can only highly recommend Liz, she was honestly such a great asset during what was definitely one of the more challenging conveyancing processes I’ve been through. Her legal assistant Robyn was just fab also and they made a great team to have on my side. Robyn always kept me in the loop and provided speedy responses, did loads of chasing of my management company and all round just kept things moving.
Liz did everything she could to get me completed before the stamp duty deadline and at one point 2 weeks prior the sale on my flat fell through and everything shifted! Yet with some last minute adjustments she still managed to squeeze my purchase completion in on time.
The other parties involved were at times difficult to work with but Liz just kept pushing on that front and being the point of communication for everyone in the chain. She did this while also balancing being a great support to me and my emotions throughout too! I am so glad I had her on my side as without her I dread to think what it would have been like.
I have no idea how she handles it all and remains calm and collected while doing so, she is amazing and I just want to say a massive big thank you to both Liz and Robyn!
They always say purchasing a home is one of the most stressful experiences in life, so please do yourself a favour and just pick Liz.

I would like to recommend Alisha Maidment to anyone who needs help with their lease extension.
It was such a worry ,I contacted Thackray Williams through a recommendation from a friend who also used their services.
Alisha has been so helpful,respectful,answering emails promptly,explaining the process and costs.
I begun the process late January and the 6 month clock was ticking. I had until the 2nd week in April.
Today our lease extension was completed .

Phenomenal all round
Ana has been dealing with a multi six figure matter and she has been phenomenal throughout. Tenacious, strategic and forceful wherever necessary - she's communicated the progress and decisions to make at each step clearly. Always accessible - despite being busy, she always takes the time to put your mind at ease and cover anything you need further clarity on. In dealings with the other side she has been in full force and is an opponent no one would want to be up against. Definitely recommend without hesitation. A huge thank you to Marcus and Emily for all their help in what was a fast, smooth and stress-free process. Refreshingly different from what I’ve heard about other solicitors and feel very lucky to have found them for my first house purchase. Marcus was always very responsive and made time to call and talk me through the more tricky aspects. I was always dealt with in a calm and supportive manner, which helped keep me calm during the process. I will 100% choose them again in future.

Divorce is awful, so you need a strong, empathetic, knowledgeable solicitor/lawyer who is going to fight hard for you and pick you up when you are feeling low and think the situation is dire—that was Caroline for me! She's brilliant, pragmatic, a hard negotiator, and gives good advice; plus, she showed genuine care for me and my daughter all the way along.
