Really good firm with an effective and efficient team!
I required help with my divorce and subsequently a transfer of equity. I initially thought the divorce process would be fairly straight forward. This was not the case but thank goodness I had Caroline on my side. Her professional and pragmatic approach kept me steady throughout. I was kept updated at each step and if I ever had a question or wanted to see Caroline, she always made herself available. I would like to thank Caroline, Gina and also Claire (who dealt with the ToE in record time). I hope you all realise what a difference you make to someone like me going through such a difficult time. With thanks to you all my future looks and will be a lot brighter!

Caroline Burstein is the solicitor who you want on the 'other-side'

Excellent legal advice - Cohab agreement
Outstanding advice on my cohabitation agreement. Caroline was excellent at simplifying all the terms into non legal vocabulary so I fully understood what we were signing. Would highly recommend!

Divorce settlement
My solicitor Caroline was brilliant through a very long and difficult divorce.
Caroline was professional, knowledgable supportive, kind and incredibly patient.
There were difficult aspects to my divorce and Caroline met them head on and ensured I was left with no future repercussions.

A complicated divorce
I would like to thank Caroline and her team at Thackray Williams LLP for their guidance, support and professionalism in representing me in my divorce that dissolved 23 years of marriage. Because of the nature of my situation there were legal restrictions in place and negotiations had to be manged very sensitively.
The whole process was managed by Caroline and her team, which meant I avoided formal mediation and having to attend court in person. Ultimately my divorce was finalised with the very best outcome for me.
