Consistently professional

Excellent Service From Ana Zandi
I was fortunate enough to have experienced Ana’s work first hand when dealing with a housing crisis. She offered the highest standard of transparency, professionalism, support and a tireless work ethic. Ana supported my family and I, especially when handling my disabled child’s needs and pushed the council in performing their legal duties promptly and successfully.
My case wouldn’t have been successfully executed without Ana’s assistance and patience, explaining and detailing which steps we could take moving forward and the possible outcomes. I always felt at ease when she would correspond with the council on my behalf and felt a genuine sense of care and compassion towards my son’s needs which I think is tremendously important.
She is a phenomenal , tenacious person who is a blessing to anyone who has a case and needs a helping hand. Ana goes above and beyond and for that, I will forever be grateful to her. Without her, I am certain, my family and I wouldn’t be where we are today.

Great Service by Ana Zandi and Thackray Williams Team
Ana supported during a family court case as was present at all multiple hearings to help advise, take notes and provide feedback on how the case was going. Ana's work on this case was extremely helpful to keep track on how the case was going and what the judge had directed and ordered. This also helped with planning for the future hearings.
Without Ana's work and support my case would not have had such a positive outcome.
Also Ana's support before the hearings was really appreciated and she would always call to make sure I was ready and prepared for hearings and always had time to take any questions ahead of them. This morale and extra support was very helpful and reassuring ahead of hearings.
I would recommend Ana as a solicitor as well as the wider Thackray Williams firm.
