Needed to make a Will
Needed to draw up a Will but wasn't sure what type was required.
After having a consultation with Charlene and the team at TW
Everything was explained clearly and responded to swiftly so I had total confidence in their work.

Would highly recommend Charlene Burr.
Not only did I use Charlene Burr for my own purposes, but also to arrange my mothers Will and Lasting Power of Attorney. In each case, Charlene made the whole process as easy as possible, put us both at ease, answered all our questions and her knowledge throughout was second to none. I felt that I could email her with any queries and she would quickly respond. I will definitely be using Charlene again in the future. Both myself and my mother are extremely grateful for all that she has done for us and would definitely recommend her.

Amazing Charlene
Charlene was amazing in assisting us to arrange my mum's Lasting Powers of Attorney. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Being able to book a time to both visit and subsequently have telephone conversations with Charlene was made easy with our emails being dealt with in a timely manner. Charlene made sure that my mum both understood the purpose of and process for the LPAs and ensured she was happy to proceed. Charlene assisted me in completing the paperwork and responded to any queries I had about either the process or implications of the LPAs. I was impressed with Charlene's legal knowledge and felt informed throughout the whole process. Charlene married her legal expertise with both care and compassion. Due to Charlene's level of expertise and manner she will definitely be the Solicitor we go to with any relevant future legal matter.

LPA Review

Setting up a Will
Charlene dealt with our Will, she was very professional, polite, helpful and above all else kind, caring and very easy to talk to and answered any questions we had more or less straight away, if we ever need help in the future we will be sure to contact Charlene again for her help

My Will
My experience was very positive. The whole process was clearly explained, giving me guidance to enable me to make an informed decision. My Solicitor was pleasant and respectful throughout up to the signing of My Will.
