Alisha has been on our house buying journey since the beginning (first time buyers? We went through a difficult process when we put an offer on a a flat but she still made it smooth as possible Alisha gave us the best advice and something was telling us not to go with this flat so we pulled out. We then found a 2 bed house that we are now at completion on and the whole process she kept us informed of what was going on and this process has gone so quick but has been done thoroughly. I would highly recommend Alisha (Thackeray Williams)

Excellent service
We recently used Thackray Williams for a mass lease extension on our property. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish, Alisha Maidment and Holly Kerrigan were both great at communicating everything to us throughout, they were extremely helpful and very speedy with responding to all of our emails. I would high recommend Thackray Williams and wouldn't hesitate in using them again!

Lease Extension for Flat
We were initially quite apprehensive about progressing with a lease extension on our Bromley flat, but we needn't have worried. Having contacted Thackray Williams through their website, Alisha called back within an hour and quickly outlined the process and talked us through the initial steps, offering an extremely competitive price for the work, that was below that of others in the area. Upon instruction, Alisha was in contact with us every step of the way, by phone and email, and made our lease extension a seamless experience. She worked quickly and efficiently from start to finish on our case, and provided clear and professional advice where necessary, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and expertise that made us feel relaxed and confident throughout. We thought the process would take months but Alisha ensured that everything was concluded within 6 weeks, including updating our extension details with the land registry. I absolutely recommend Alisha at Thackray Williams for anyone looking for a solicitor to support with a lease extension on their home. I couldn't imagine there is anyone else out there providing this level of service, care and support, for a more competitive price.
