Professional, Efficient and Friendly
Excellent service (Conveyancing) from first contact, through to completion.
Melanie and Danielle were professional, efficient and proactive in progressing the case, pursuing those acting for other parties, responding swiftly to any queries, and communicating continuously & helpfully throughout.

Property Purchase
Friendly and knowledgeable, efficient and professional staff, good coverage when our lead contact was off, happy overall with their conveyancing service provided, we completed slightly ahead of schedule, in challenging circumstances given the behaviour of the seller and their solicitors. Would recommend.

Quick and professional service

Great Communication and professional service received
I had a follow up query on completion regarding an amount held on possible arrears we may have owed on service charges in our previous property. We did not owe any money and Melanie from Thackray Williams contacted our buyers solicitors and we received the money in a matter of days. Would highly recommend Thackray Williams for their great communication and professional service.

Made the conveyancing process as easy as possible
I found the support and assistance throughout the sale process, fast and easy to understand. They were responsive and more than happy to provide answers to any queries or concerns I had along the way. Claudia and Melanie did a great job looking after us throughout. I would have no issues recommending them.

Incredible solicitors
Claudia and Melanie were both amazing throughout the process of selling our first home and buying our second. After having an awful experience with solicitors a couple of years ago with purchasing, they both made the process so stress free. We were constantly kept updated throughout the whole process, everything was done so speedily and efficiently. They both are so understanding also and were more than happy to answer all of my questions throughout. They are both incredible and I would recommend them to everyone!

Exceptional service
We just wanted to highlight how exceptional our experience was with the team at Thackray Williams in Bromley. We wanted to specifically give thanks to Claudia, Melanie and Lee-Ann for a prompt and efficient service throughout!
Claudia and Melanie were always on hand to answer any of our queries, keep on top of the conveyancing process, and ensure all deadlines were met - despite delays from other parties. They were extremely professional, polite and patient with us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we were to move property (and will also be recommending their services to friends and family).
Lee-Ann helped us organise our wills, and arranged an in depth face to face meeting with us, as this was something we felt was important. We didn’t ever feel rushed, she offered some great advice & answered any questions or concerns we had with professionalism.
Overall, it has been a pleasure from start to finish, and we would highly recommend Thackray Williams.
