We have just exchanged on a new build help to buy property using Thackray Williams and could not recommend them highly enough! They were the developer's recommended solicitors which, based on that fact alone, we were warned against using but am now so glad that we did. We've had a few bumps along the road and it has taken longer than expected but the whole team at Thackray have been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble and everyone I've spoken too (Zoe, Kimberley, Lauren and Julie) have all been lovely and so helpful and the communication throughout has been great. Thank you for getting us this far!
