The most efficient solicitor we've encountered

Having bought and sold many properties over the years, with varying degrees of satisfaction with the solicitor acting in each case, we approached WBW Solicitors with fairly low expectations. However, Katrina Skeels dealt with our initial enquiry through to completion with speed, efficiency and professionalism way beyond anything we could have dreamed of. She clearly knows her stuff, her attention to detail was superb, and she was courteous and professional throughout the process. We would not hesitate to use her services again, and couldn't recommend her highly enough.

We used Louise Crockford and the team at WBW solicitors for our house move this year.
In our previous house moves we found dealing with uncommunicative and slow acting solicitors to be one of the most stressful aspects of the move. Louise and team were a revelation - really responsive, quick and crystal clear and approachable. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provided. Faultless.

This review is for a different branch.

We dealt with Louise at Launceston and she was professional and helpful through the whole long exhausting process of several buyers and some very strange issues. She always responded promptly and actively chased the sale and purchase. As always, the issue with any conveyancing is with the least efficient solicitor in the chain and this is what caused the delays - Louise did everything she could in a difficult situation.
