The office was warm and friendly. The staff were quick, professional and friendly. All of the paperwork and information was accurate and explained in simple terms.
It would have been helpful to have had directions to the office in the appointment pack as I hadn't been there before. I also saw different people each time but it wasn't a problem as they were well informed.
