We used Louise Crockford and the team at WBW solicitors for our house move this year.
In our previous house moves we found dealing with uncommunicative and slow acting solicitors to be one of the most stressful aspects of the move. Louise and team were a revelation - really responsive, quick and crystal clear and approachable. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provided. Faultless.

Brilliant solicitor
We dealt with Louise at Launceston and she was professional and helpful through the whole long exhausting process of several buyers and some very strange issues. She always responded promptly and actively chased the sale and purchase. As always, the issue with any conveyancing is with the least efficient solicitor in the chain and this is what caused the delays - Louise did everything she could in a difficult situation.

I have just used Beviss and Beckingsale for the first time for my purchase of an investment property. The fees were very reasonable and Mr. Maxwell was thorough, efficient and responded quickly to my queries.
