Superb support regarding our purchase of faulty goods

As explained in the review, we bought a mobility van that broke down on the first leg of our journey home from the forecourt of the garage we bought it from! The garage owner/director has continued to state that the van wasn't under warranty so the broken-down gearbox isn't eligible for repair. Because it broke down on the day of purchase, we are covered under the Consumer Rights Act and Catherine has been extremely supportive in handling our complaint against the garage through the Small Claims Court. I highly recommend Catherine for her kindness, support and expertise and for going over and above the call of duty. I will certainly come back to her if we have any similar problems in the future.

Compensation successfully obtained from private telecoms company

Catherine has helped us enormously in obtaining compensation from a telecoms(broadband) company who damaged our private land and trespassed on our land. She has shown tremendous determination, drive and commitment in helping us, often going above and beyond. We are very grateful indeed and would strongly recommend Catherine. We used Louise Crockford and the team at WBW solicitors for our house move this year.
In our previous house moves we found dealing with uncommunicative and slow acting solicitors to be one of the most stressful aspects of the move.
