Peters Langsford Davies merged with WBW Solicitors on 1st January 2017. I worked in several roles within the office before training and qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Residential Property in 2002. In 2023 I obtained my CILEX Conveyancing Practice rights and I am now a CILEX Lawyer (A Chartered Legal Executive and CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner) specialising in Residential Property. Having lived in Launceston all my life I know the local area and its people well. My aim is to make the process of moving as straightforward and as stress free as I can.

Great communication
Louise has been excellent in keeping myself and estate agent informed at every step. She deals with business promptly and has a great assistant too. Getting hold of Louise or her assistant has always been easy too.

House purchase 2024
We used Louise Crockford and the team at WBW solicitors for our house move this year.
In our previous house moves we found dealing with uncommunicative and slow acting solicitors to be one of the most stressful aspects of the move. Louise and team were a revelation - really responsive, quick and crystal clear and approachable. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provided. Faultless.

Brilliant solicitor
We dealt with Louise at Launceston and she was professional and helpful through the whole long exhausting process of several buyers and some very strange issues. She always responded promptly and actively chased the sale and purchase. As always, the issue with any conveyancing is with the least efficient solicitor in the chain and this is what caused the delays - Louise did everything she could in a difficult situation.
