I would like to thank Anna Seifert-Craggs for providing us with a great conveyancing service during our first family home purchase. Her due diligence and professionalism was fantastic especially with a tight deadline to complete on the 20th Dec! This was all supported by Charles Ling especially in the final hours where he was an absolute star, ensuring we read into all updates during a very stressful couple of days leading upto completion. I need to sell a flat with a short term lease which was proving to be a significant headache. I did some online research and discovered I would need a solicitor who specializes in this type of sale. I sent out various requests to solicitors and Anna’s reply was by far the best. That’s why I choose this company and she was excellent through out the process.

Lucy Bradley was our solicitor for our house sale and purchase, and she was fantastic. She was consistently helpful, answered emails and questions clearly and quickly, and made sure that we understood everything that was going on during an otherwise-complex process. Lucy and RFB were recommended to us by our mortgage advisor, so we were confident we'd get a great service – and we did! Would definitely recommend Lucy and RFB to anyone.

Harry has been outstanding, dealing with both my purchase and sale in what turned out to be quite a complex case - he guided me through the process and went way above and beyond, often replying to emails well outside of office hours to keep things on track and put my mind at ease. I sought legal advice from Harry Medway as I was selling a property which was rented out at the time. I found Harry very pushy and unprofessional, I did not sign a contract or pay any fees as I was not ready for work to commence, but he took it upon himself to carry out work and then charged me £750 plus VAT, I saw no paperwork to prove any work was carried out and as the company held my property funds once the sale went through, I was forced to pay the fees as I was unable to have my funds until this was agreed. This added more stress to an already stressful time. I would not recommend RFB.
