We used Lucy Bradley for a recent house purchase and we could not have asked for a better person to manage the conveyancing. Lucy was extremely proactive and quick to progress the sale from the minute we had our offer accepted right through to completion. As first time buyers we were completely in the dark with how the process works however Lucy provided excellent communication throughout explaining exactly what was happening at each stage and often highlighted and explained in depth key points for us to note. We recently contacted RFB to ask them to carry out our mortgage conveyance.
We were assigned to Anna Seifort Craggs.
We were impressed by her prompt communications and solution-finding to get the job done efficiently.
Unfortunately, Anna was unwell for a time during this process, but she went above and beyond once she'd returned to her office (even before she was fully recovered), to make sure we could complete at the time that was important for us.
We were grateful, and extremely satisfied with her service. We would not hesitate to recommend her and the firm of Ronald Fletcher Baker to anyone seeking legal services.

I sought legal advice from Harry Medway as I was selling a property which was rented out at the time. I found Harry very pushy and unprofessional, I did not sign a contract or pay any fees as I was not ready for work to commence, but he took it upon himself to carry out work and then charged me £750 plus VAT, I saw no paperwork to prove any work was carried out and as the company held my property funds once the sale went through, I was forced to pay the fees as I was unable to have my funds until this was agreed. This added more stress to an already stressful time. I would not recommend RFB.
