I have bought and sold a few properties and without doubt this sale was the best experience to date. It was a pleasure to correspond with Charles he is quick to respond, polite, efficient, and generally an obliging person, he made the whole process feel that we were in safe professional hands. The paperwork is the job least enjoyed however, it certainly did not feel like a chore and for that alone we thank him.

I would like to thank Anna Seifert-Craggs for providing us with a great conveyancing service during our first family home purchase. I need to sell a flat with a short term lease which was proving to be a significant headache. I did some online research and discovered I would need a solicitor who specializes in this type of sale. I sought legal advice from Harry Medway as I was selling a property which was rented out at the time. I found Harry very pushy and unprofessional, I did not sign a contract or pay any fees as I was not ready for work to commence, but he took it upon himself to carry out work and then charged me £750 plus VAT, I saw no paperwork to prove any work was carried out and as the company held my property funds once the sale went through, I was forced to pay the fees as I was unable to have my funds until this was agreed. This added more stress to an already stressful time. I would not recommend RFB.
