I have bought and sold a few properties and without doubt this sale was the best experience to date. It was a pleasure to correspond with Charles he is quick to respond, polite, efficient, and generally an obliging person, he made the whole process feel that we were in safe professional hands. The paperwork is the job least enjoyed however, it certainly did not feel like a chore and for that alone we thank him.

First Time Buyers
I would like to thank Anna Seifert-Craggs for providing us with a great conveyancing service during our first family home purchase. House Sale with Power of Attorney
RFB supported me through the recent sale of my dad's bungalow. Conveyancing service
We used RFB LLP for our move from Exeter to Dawlish. Charges were fair considering competition and especially as we wanted to deal with someone local. Our sale/purchase was handled by Charles Ling and he made it easy with clear instructions on what was required. Charles was very professional and responsive when called or emailed and always kept us up to date. I would recommend RFB LLP.

Purchase of property
We were very impressed with the speed at which we received responses to questions. Charles (Ling) was our advisor and was clear and prompt with managing expectations. There was some confusion towards the completion dates, as we had suggested a specific date, that unfortunately did not work with the vendor.
