Calm, efficient and responsive
Excellent service once again from Harry at RFB Solicitors. Its meant to be a stressful experience buying a property, (and even more so when completion is 3 working days before Christmas), but Harry just made everythingtt seem easy. Super responsive, thorough, calm in a crisis, exactly what you want from a solicitor. Would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent service
Harry has been outstanding, dealing with both my purchase and sale in what turned out to be quite a complex case - he guided me through the process and went way above and beyond, often replying to emails well outside of office hours to keep things on track and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend RFB and in particular, Harry. Great service, up front with costs, highly recommended.

First Time Buyer
I highly recommend Harold Coombe and Lucy Bradley of Ronald Flecther Baker LLP. I purchased my first home about two and a half years ago, and they both were my conveyancing solicitors. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was losing hope when the seller did not respond to our queries just before exchanging contracts. Both Harold and Lucy gave me hope when I was about to pull out because we had not heard from the other side for about a month.
I am writing about them now because, after two and a half years, I needed to clarify some covenant restrictions, and I contacted Harold and Lucy. I was expecting them to ask me to pay some fee to answer my queries as I was not a customer now; my file was closed long ago.
I was really impressed that Harry (Harold Coombe) took too much of his time and explained things to me in detail without charging any fee, despite my offering to pay. Thank you so much. You both are assets to your company. Keep up the good work.

Purchase of property
We were very impressed with the speed at which we received responses to questions. Charles (Ling) was our advisor and was clear and prompt with managing expectations. There was some confusion towards the completion dates, as we had suggested a specific date, that unfortunately did not work with the vendor.

Professional, efficient and complete problem solving

Purchase of land made easy
From the start to the finish of the purchase of a plot of land adjacent to my property, Harry Coombe and Charles Ling have been professional, knowledgeable and efficient in every communication I have had from them.
The procedures were explained clearly and I was kept up to date, so from my point of view everything went very smoothly.
I would definitely recommend Harry and Charles, and Ronald Fletcher Baker to my friends and colleagues - I fact I already have done so.
