We recently completed the purchase of our first property with Emily Maskrey (from Ronald Fletcher Baker) undertaking the conveyancing.
Simply put, Emily provided a fantastic service.
Importantly, she was extremely responsive and gave us regular updates as the purchase progressed. She took the time to explain legal wording and concepts in clear language, and was always professional and friendly. She was very proactive in chasing up the sellers' solicitors to keep things moving. As she was local to us, we were also able to arrange an in person meeting where she could witness signing documents and discuss aspects of our purchase face to face, which we found reassuring.
Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Ronald Fletcher Baker (and particularly Emily Maskrey) for conveyancing services.

Excellent conveyancing!

So far we have used Emily at RFB for 3 house sales in the last year - with a few more planned in due course!!

Buying our first property
It was our first experience buying a property and everything that comes with it. Emily Maskrey went above and beyond for us ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible and that all timelines were met. Great service on a Grade 2 cottage purchase
Emily went above and beyond on assisting with our house purchase, the cottage threw up some issues that she helped us navigate through with pragmatic advice that we were able to understand.
