House Sale with Power of Attorney
RFB supported me through the recent sale of my dad's bungalow. Our conveyancer, Charles Ling, was very friendly & approachable and he was always available via email or phone if we needed to contact him. He dealt with our queries very efficiently and helped to ensure that the whole sale process was as smooth as possible. I would defintely recommend Charles and RFB and would happily use them again if the situation arises.

Stress free conveyancing!
My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Emily on the purchase of our first home. She has been an absolute star and kept us informed of everything as it has progressed and has always been incredibly easy to get hold of when we've had questions. Free Legals fiasco
The support we received from Emily and the team in swift time enabled us to complete with no reversion rate overlap. Initially proceeding with Free Legals option with our new lender, we found that as their solicitor only provided an online service, our need for face to face service satisfying AML security covenants could never be fulfilled. We found RFB near to us and will look to use them again in the future. Timely updates and great communication helped everything go smoothly.

First Class Service
Emily Maskrey recently dealt with our remortgage and did a stellar job.
