My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Emily on the purchase of our first home. Free Legals fiasco
The support we received from Emily and the team in swift time enabled us to complete with no reversion rate overlap. Initially proceeding with Free Legals option with our new lender, we found that as their solicitor only provided an online service, our need for face to face service satisfying AML security covenants could never be fulfilled. We found RFB near to us and will look to use them again in the future. Timely updates and great communication helped everything go smoothly.

First Class Service
Emily Maskrey recently dealt with our remortgage and did a stellar job.
She had the unenviable task of dealing with help-to-buy and our local management company. Excellent conveyancing experience
I would highly recommend RFB. Emily was professional, friendly, pro-active and efficient. Our buyer’s solicitors were unresponsive and demanding, however Emily was able to handle this difficult situation, address their demands and complete the deal. When more advanced legal advice was needed she was able to refer to more experienced colleagues and resolve any issues. The overall experience was excellent. Thank you.

Excellent service; I would definitely use RFB again.
I will definitely be using Emily at RFB again if I need another solicitor. She guided us through the sale of one property and through the purchase of the next with great professionalism. She was friendly, courteous, reliable, efficient and did what she said she would do. She never made me feel that I was bothering her, or asking too many questions, and made me feel that we were working as a team.

Property purchase
Emily Maskrey was very efficient in both our abortive attempt at house purchase and also when we changed tack to purchasing a flat. Emily was readily available to speak to and answered queries within a short space of time. We never felt that we were left floundering and having Emily to hand made the sometimes anguished (!) experience of moving abode, easier knowing that we had her watching our backs ! We would thoroughly recommend this firm of solicitors.
