This is the second time we have worked with RFB. Our previous experience was positive, which is why we chose their services again. This was the first time we worked more closely with Z. She responds quickly and is very friendly. We are relatively unfamiliar with British regulations (we are from the Netherlands), but at no point did Z make us feel like we didn’t understand anything. I suspect there were a few emails where she shook her head, but she never let it show. All communication was done via email, and usually, that doesn’t go so smoothly. However, to be fair, this email exchange went quite well. The entire process (remortgaging) didn’t go perfectly and took quite some time, but I feel confident in assuming this wasn’t Z’s fault, but rather due to other parties she had to work with. Would we choose RFB again? Yes. They are a reliable, responsive partner in the network.
