Efficient solicitor and speedy communication!
I have two remortgage properties and 1 purchase done at RFB. RFB is the most efficient one. And communication is top rated. Two were done within 2 months and the third is under 3 months. My solicitor was proactive to help me liaise with other parties to resolve issues.
