I’d just like to thank you Mark. This was our first house purchase and you guided us and helped us at every step of the way. You sent the forms and documents we needed to fill out and made it clear what we needed to do and when. I asked you so many questions and you were always there to answer me!

Mark was fantastic!
Mark helped us purchase our first property.
He made getting on the property ladder an easy, and smooth process with his expertise knowledge, responsiveness & friendly demeanour. Nothing was too much for Mark. As first time buyers, we needed lots explaining to us more than once and he did this in a way that was clear and easy to understand. Mark is very approachable and made us feel confident in his ability to help us purchase our house. He was even there for us on his day of annual leave, which fell on our completion date. Instead of passing us onto another colleague, he made sure everything ran smoothly for us that day, right up to 5PM when we finally got our keys to our new property.
We’d both highly recommend Mark and would be happy to use him again in the future.

Purchase of Property
It has been a very good experience with Mark Yiu. He has helped me with the purchase of my Property. As a first time buyer I had many doubts of understanding things but he was very helpful in explaining me all the details again and again until I understood him. First time buyer
I have only good things to say about working with Mark. I completed in under 3 months which was my goal. He was always contactable and very prompt at replying to all communication. This is my first time ever buying a property but mark was available to explain everything I didn’t understand and worked with me on a number of issues.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.
