Excellent Service
Sera was fantastic! She was incredibly transparent and always reachable throughout the transaction. My case was a bit complex due to multiple purchases, but Sera's expertise shone through. Even when she was away, she made sure to delegate tasks to her colleagues, ensuring no time was wasted. I've already asked her to handle my next two transactions. The fees were also great value for money.

Great service for first time buyer purchase
Sera was a fantastic solicitor to have for my first time purchase. She was always contactable, friendly and transparent about the stages of the purchase and what would be needed. She answered all my questions and the whole process felt very thorough. Whilst I don’t have experience of what another solicitors would provide, I found the report I received at the end to be hugely detailed and helpful. Thank you Sera!

Fantastic service provided by Sera!
We used Sera's expertise and skills for both the purchase and sale during our house move. She was so friendly and efficient, as well as being so clear in her communication by keeping us in the loop the whole way along. We would absolutely recommend her and the team! Thanks again Sera!

Professional, reliable and extremely knowledgable.
Sera was so helpful during our house move, it made what could have been a very stressful time go so smoothly and I always felt was able to contact Sera for advice at any time. Always quick to respond and very knowledgable about property law. Very friendly, a great communicator and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend Sera more
Sera was such a pleasure to deal with! This was not my first time using RFB but it was my first time working with Sera and I could not recommend her any more. She kept us updated throughout, and really helped push our sale through. It was quite a lengthy and more complicated process due to the fact the building was still undergoing works to fix the cladding but I never felt this was an issue for her and I really believe with another solicitor the sale may have fallen through or taken much longer.
Sera was super friendly, clearly very knowledgeable and gave great advice when it came to making any decisions. I felt she was in my corner and helped me to push back on a few things that came up in the sale. She made everything easy to understand and explained every step (having never sold a property this was great help).
When Sera went on holiday Grace covered our case, and she was also really responsive on emails and super efficient- she had clearly been briefed on the file and knew to expect certain things in the time she was covering so this was great as it meant nothing delayed progress.
I was also happy with the price we paid, it was very reasonable given the service we received and I’d absolutely recommend Sera and RFB to anyone. In fact I raved about them so much that my mum has since used RFB to sell a property and I know she is also really impressed.

Excellent from start to finish
Sera was thorough, professional and approachable throughout. The property re-mortgage went through without issue and Sera and her team kept me up to date throughout the process. I would highly recommend. Diolch yn fawr iawn Sera.

Quick, plain-sailing and effective
We worked with Sarah on a refinance of an unencumbered rental. The whole process was easy from start to end. Communication was effective. Everything was simplified for a smooth completion. Security is also top as well - lots of verification in regards to bank security etc.

Professional and thorough
We used RFB for our house move and the level of service was consistently of a high level throughout. Our primary solicitor was Sera whose communication was clear at all times with Grace assisting for a period when Sera was on leave which was handled without missing a step. We ended up exchanging and completing on the same day due to some delays on our buyers end which Sera handled brilliantly.

First time buyers- Sera & Saranya
We could not have worked with better solicitors! Straight from the offset both Sera and Saranya were helpful, supportive and attentive. Any questions we needed answering, no matter how big or small were answered quickly and we were always kept in the loop. As first time buyers we were unfamiliar with the process, but we felt at such ease working with these two. Honestly, if you’re looking for solicitors, look no further!!
